No-bake means the recipe sets in the fridge or the freezer, so something has to do the job the oven would have done. Usually that is fat: peanut butter, coconut oil, melted chocolate. It works, and it is also why a no-bake bite can quietly cost more than a baked cookie.

The numbers here split along that line. Anything set with yogurt and cold sits low, like the berry yogurt bark at 40 calories a piece. Anything bound with coconut oil or nut butter runs higher, and the coconut fat bombs are 110 calories each, which is what happens when the structure comes from melted coconut oil.
