This is the dessert I make when it's too hot to bake anything, or when I want something that feels a little fancy but takes almost no effort. It's really just a sheet of sweetened Greek yogurt, dressed up with berries and a chocolate drizzle, then frozen until it snaps like bark.
The yogurt base is naturally tangy, which balances out the dark chocolate nicely, and the berries add little bursts of natural sweetness and color without any added sugar. Once it's frozen, you break it into rustic, uneven pieces, no cutting board needed.
It keeps in the freezer for weeks, so I usually make a full sheet and just pull pieces out as cravings hit.
