Why this one is different
Most "healthy dessert" books cheat. They shrink the serving until the number looks good, or they put "sugar-free" on something loaded with fat. This one does not.
Every recipe uses real techniques instead: pumpkin and applesauce in place of oil, Greek yogurt and cottage cheese for creamy protein, egg whites, PB2, and allulose or monk fruit for sweetness. The serving size is a serving size. The macros are printed for all 50.
What is inside
Sorted by what you feel like
Eight sections: cakes and cake balls, cookies and brownies, bars and krispie treats, no-bake bites and cookie dough, donuts and muffins, candy and marshmallows, bark, and frozen.
Tagged by how you eat
Every recipe is labelled low-calorie, high-protein, or whole-food, so you can cook to whichever one you are actually chasing that week.
Tagged by effort
29 need no oven at all. 5 are quick. 6 are single-serve, for when you want one thing and not a whole tray sitting on the counter.
Photographed
Almost every recipe has a photo of the finished thing, so you know what you are aiming at before you start.
The parts people actually use
The swap cheat-sheet
The whole trick on one page. Oil to applesauce, sugar to allulose, whole eggs to whites. Keep it on hand and you can lighten almost anything, not just what is in here.
Macro quick-reference
